Get ready for our FIRST of multiple special YOGA WORKSHOPS with our Founding YOGA Instructors: ALY, JULIANA + SARAH.
In this 90-minute workshop and physical practice (led by Juliana), we will take inventory of where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re going. Together, we will move through a building physical practice – from deeply restorative to deeply energizing – while taking pauses for meditation, journaling, and breath work. By the conclusion of our time together, you can expect to build tools and strategies for releasing past experiences to make space for what you want to bring into this next season.

Class will be 60min of movement broken up with 30min of meditation, journaling, and breath work. Participants should bring a journal or paper, a writing utensil, a yoga mat, and water.
